Ecolibrium Energy is one of the pioneers of developing and implementing smart grid technologies in India. Ecolibrium also implements business models to increase the installation of grid-connected solar systems.

* Launched one of India’s first smart grid pilot projects with Government of Gujarat, which showcases the concepts of consumers having real time access to their power consumption, and being able to manage the power consumption of their appliances as well. This project also involves one of India’s largest rooftop installations (at time of implementation), and is implemented in Gandhinagar, Gujarat

* Incubated by renewable Energy Search, an endeavor by CIIE (IIM Ahmedabad) and MNRE (Government of India) to identify, encourage and incubate ideas aimed at solving our countries energy crisis through socially relevant business models

Working with Electricity utility companies and private housing complexes, the company focuses on the following functionalities:

  • Demand side management and Demand response management.
  • Automated Meter Reading.
  • Providing a platform for consumers to participate energy grid awareness.
  • And efficient grid integration of renewable sources. 

 

Suggested Profile of Candidate: Fresher/ Less than 5 years of experience. Preferably from an engineering background with a basic understanding of electrical systems. Ability to fit in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment. Strong marketing and sales skills (No formal education in management required). Fluency in English and Hindi/Gujarati required

 

Location: Ahmedbabad. Travel within Gujarat might be required

 

Job Profile: Ecolibrium Energy is launching an energy management system for private factory owners and large commercial complexes to manage their power consumption in an effective manner. The candidate will be required to launch a marketing campaign in the target segments and also manage the sales of the product in the region. The candidate would also be a key member of a growing start-up team, and be required to give inputs toward the product development for Smart Sense as well.
